You may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the date of your original purchase. RoomMates® will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling. You must follow the Returns process below to receive your credit.
Returns
To request a return, log in to your RoomMates account and go to your Order History page. Click the "Details" button to the right of the order containing an item you would like to return. Check the box next to each item you would like to return and then click the "Return Items" button. You will then be presented with the Return Form. Please complete the form as indicated and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. Once we have reviewed your return request we will e-mail you with a return authorization number if your return was accepted.
Alternately you can call RoomMates® at 800-236-4520 or e-mail us at info@roommatespeelandstick.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail.

Upon receipt of merchandise in unused condition, a refund will be credited to your charge account.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Roommates® will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the Return process above to request replacement merchandise.
