RoomMates is proud to offer same day shipping to our US customers, as well as brokerage-free shipping for Canadian orders. We pride ourselves on our quick shipping! However, because most orders ship within 36 hours, there is sometimes a very narrow window in which you can make changes to your order. If you need to make a change, please call us toll-free at (800) 236-4520, 8 AM through 6 PM EST. We typically cannot process order modification requests sent to us via e-mail.

United States, Territories, & APO
RoomMates offers same day shipping on orders placed by 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). This policy excludes XL Wall Murals and any backordered products. All shipping charges are estimated; actual shipping charges may vary.
If you are using a PO box as your shipping address, please select USPS as your shipping method. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please note that we are not able to provide tracking information for orders shipping via USPS.
APO addresses: We'll ship to you! Please select USPS as your shipping method at checkout.
Canada
In order to serve our customers better, and to avoid costly brokerage fees, we have changed our Canadian shipping policy effective January 2010. Please read carefully.
Shipments to Canada are subject to additional shipping & handling fees and 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Canadian orders are processed and shipped within three business days. Brokerage fees will no longer be charged on any shipments originating from us. Customers are still responsible for any PST (Provincial Sales Tax) charges that may be applicable to their order.
For customers who would prefer to order locally, please contact us for the location of a RoomMates retailer in your area.
International Customers
Because we are always expanding our distribution network overseas, and shipping globally can cost a small fortune, speaking to a retailer in your country is always much more economical for our international customers. Our international distributors can help you find a retailer in your area who may already have the items you are looking for in stock! E-mail us with your country and city, and we will send you the contact information for the distributor in your country. (The distributor will then assist you in locating our products in your area.)
Please note that, due to licensing restrictions, RoomMates cannot ship a great majority of products featuring licensed characters (found in the "Popular Characters" section of this website) overseas. If you are searching for a specific brand or character, please ask us if it is available in your country before contacting a local dealer.
Custom Wall Decals
Custom products ship via UPS within 5-7 business days of ordering (10-14 days for Canadian customers) and do ship separately from other products. Please be aware that if you place an order containing both regular RoomMates products and a custom wall decal, you will incur additional shipping charges.
Custom wall decals are not available through our overseas distributors at this time.
